1. Who We Are

AI Nexus is a video-sharing platform dedicated to AI-generated and AI-related content. We allow creators to upload, share, and discover videos covering topics such as AI tools, tutorials, showcases, research, and more.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Nexus. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

3. Your Account

When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive or misleading.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any content you upload to AI Nexus ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant AI Nexus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload it and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Video Uploads and Storage

AI Nexus uses Cloudflare Stream to host uploaded videos. There is currently a maximum upload duration of 10 minutes per video. We may adjust storage limits or introduce upload tiers in the future with reasonable notice to users.

Link submissions (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo) are not stored on our servers. We are not responsible for the availability or content of externally hosted videos.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform design, branding, code, and non-user content is the intellectual property of AI Nexus. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on AI Nexus without authorisation, please contact us at contact@ai-nexus.app with full details and we will investigate promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

AI Nexus integrates third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of the Platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

AI Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Nexus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
