When you register, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and profile picture. You may also provide a username, bio, and website URL on your profile.
Content you create
Videos you upload, links you share, comments you post, and playlists you create are stored on our platform.

We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including videos you view, likes, saves, follows, and search queries.
Contact form submissions
If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, operate, and improve the AI Nexus platform
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Display your profile, content, and activity on the Platform
• Send you the weekly AI Nexus digest email (you can opt out at any time)
• Respond to your contact form messages
• Monitor for abuse, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service
• Understand how users interact with the Platform to improve features
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Supabase

Cloudflare Stream
Hosts and delivers videos uploaded to the Platform. Uploaded video files are processed and stored on Cloudflare's servers. Privacy Policy ↗
Google OAuth
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and profile information with us. We do not receive your Google password. Privacy Policy ↗
Resend

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Content you have uploaded (videos, comments) may be removed as part of account deletion. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

AI Nexus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
